Christian Community | Historic Teaching | Christ’s Mission
Cornerstone Groups, our small groups ministry, is an integral part of St. Mark’s. In a Cornerstone Group, expect to find an encouraging environment of Christian support and friends with whom to grow, share one’s life, and ask meaningful questions. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
A Cornerstone Groups is:
- Small–Typically fewer than twelve people
- Meets Regularly–Weekly or every other week
- Is its own unique expression of our St. Mark’s community
Stations–Our Epiphany and Lent Study
All Cornerstone Groups will be studying (in their own ways) the sermon-based curriculum Stations for Epiphany and Lent (January to Easter). After Easter, groups will select their own curriculum or Bible focus. This study merges sermon teaching, personal reflection, and group discussion for a deeper dive into the scriptures as a church community.
Everyone may pick up a printed copy of the Stations study from the narthex or the fellowship hall. A supplemental PDF copy is available for download.
